Here’s What Working For A Huge Media Company Taught Me About Emotional Intelligence

Having served as an original writer for the Shade Room, I went on to create the burgeoning media platform "The Closet Ratchet" which has become the voice of the intellectual and spiritual yet closeted" ratchet people who utilize social media.

In my TED x Buckhead speech, I broke down what working for such a large media company taught me about emotional intelligence and how I’ve been able to translate this newfound knowledge into other areas of my life
