Here’s What You Need To Know About Donald Trump Ordering the Attack on Qassam Soleimani and a Possible War With Iran
President D*nald Tr*mp ordered an air strike that killed leading Iranian military official, Qassem Soleimani, credited as the mastermind behind several attacks threatening US Forces.
The tensions between the United States and Iran stem back through multiple presidential administrations. Recently, the US backed out the Iran Nuclear Deal. It was created by The United States, Britain, France, Germany, Russia, China, and the European Union to ensure that Iran did not develop serious nuclear capabilities while lifting some sanctions on the volatile nation.
Since Trump decided to back out and impose sanctions, the deal is unstable. The bombing that resulted in the killing of this high ranking military official may have been the last straw as Trump created a martyr for their cause.

Long before this potential war is declared, we are going to see some political repercussions. Sources say that the US Embassy in Iraq has ordered Americans to leave the area expeditiously, fearing certain retaliation.
We can expect for this to electrify Trump’s political base. At the end of 2019, Trump’s campaign was said to have over $120 Million in the bank. Not to mention that this action aligns with Trump’s campaign promises and criticism of Obama’s handling of Iran during his administration. He’s keeping promises at the expense of peace but those who vote for him don’t see the threat. They will donate to his campaign and vote with this action in mind.
The only question is: was this his plan for political gain all along? The scrapping of the Iran Nuclear Deal, imposing of new sanctions, pulling troops from Syria, and the subsequent assassination of their general and deployment of new troops to Iran seems all too coincidental. What are your thoughts?
